Virtual Pilates x Strength
Join from home for a full-body workout that blends Pilates and strength training. All levels welcome—from beginner to advanced—with modifications provided. You’ll need a mat, and optional props include light dumbbells (up to 4 lbs) and 1 lb ankle weights, though they aren’t required.

all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy is clearly stated in the waiver at the time of booking.

Because our classes are intentionally kept small to create a supportive and personalized experience, every spot is valuable. When a class is reserved, that time is set aside just for you, and it’s difficult to fill the space last minute if plans change. That means your reserved spot represents time and revenue that can’t easily be replaced.
