we provided everything you need. Feel free to bring your mat if you’d like. Also feel free to bring a sweat towel just in case 😉

Because our classes are intentionally kept small to create a supportive and personalized experience, every spot is valuable. When a class is reserved, that time is set aside just for you, and it’s difficult to fill the space last minute if plans change. That means your reserved spot represents time and revenue that can’t easily be replaced.

I truly appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps me keep class sizes intimate, pricing fair, and energy focused on creating the best possible experience for every woman who walks through the door. 💕
