This membership includes 12 strength training classes per month — perfect for women training about 3 times per week.
You’ll follow the same progressive programming as our unlimited members while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

Cancellation:
14-day written notice required prior to next billing cycle.
No-Show Policy:
If member no-shows 3 times in 30 days → temporary booking restriction.
Freezes:
One 30-day freeze allowed per calendar year.
Unused Classes:
StrongHER 12 classes do not roll over.
